GRAMMY Charity Online Auctions Celebrates The Police World Tour
Now through July 6, GRAMMY Charity Online Auctions offers a variety of items and experiences that celebrate the Police world tour. Featured items include VIP concert ticket packages and memorabilia autographed by the Police backstage at the GRAMMYs during rehearsals for their reunion performance on the 49th Annual GRAMMY Awards telecast. Presented in five waves, bidding on the range of items will begin and end at various intervals. Aretha Franklin Named 2008 MusiCares Person Of The Year
Seventeen-time GRAMMY-winning recording artist Aretha Franklin will be honored as the 2008 MusiCares Person of the Year on Feb. 8. Now in its 18th year, this annual GRAMMY Week gala will be held in Los Angeles, two days prior to the 50th Annual GRAMMY Awards.
